This document applies to acetylene cylinder manifold systems extending from the cylinder valve or the
bundle outlet connections to the outlet connection of the main shut-off valve. It specifies requirements
for design, materials and testing of cylinder manifold systems for the supply of acetylene for use in
welding, cutting and allied processes.
This document applies to acetylene cylinder manifold systems in which acetylene single cylinders or
acetylene bundles are coupled for collective gas withdrawal.
NOTE National regulations exist regarding limitation of the amount of single cylinders/bundles of acetylene
on a single location (e.g. in warehouse or connected to a manifold system).
This document also covers a test procedure for decomposition blockers.

Gasschweißgeräte - Acetylenflaschen-Batterieanlagen für Schweißen, Schneiden und verwandte Verfahren - Allgemeine Anforderungen (ISO 14114:2017)

Diese Norm gilt für Acetylenflaschen-Batterieanlagen, die sich vom Flaschenventil- oder Bündelausgang bis zum Anschluss ausgangsseitig des Hauptabsperrventils erstrecken. Sie legt Anforderungen an Ausführung, Werkstoffe und Prüfungen von Flaschen-Batterieanlagen für die Versorgung mit Acetylen für Schweißen, Schneiden und verwandte Verfahren fest.
Diese Norm gilt für Acetylenflaschen-Batterieanlagen, in denen Acetyleneinzelflaschen oder Acetylenflaschenbündel zur gemeinsamen Gasentnahme zusammengeschlossen sind.
ANMERKUNG 1   Bezüglich der Begrenzung der Anzahl von Acetyleneinzelflaschen/-flaschenbündeln an einem Standort (z. B. in einem Lager oder an eine Batterieanlage angeschlossen) sind die nationalen Regelungen zu beachten.
ANMERKUNG 2   Zusätzlich sollten Anforderungen an die elektrischen/elektronischen Komponenten berücksichtigt werden, obwohl diese nicht in dieser Norm behandelt werden.
Diese Norm beinhaltet auch ein Verfahren zur Prüfung der Zerfallsperren.

ISO 14114:2017 s'applique aux centrales de détente pour la distribution d'acétylène, depuis les raccords de sortie du robinet de bouteille ou du cadre de bouteilles jusqu'au raccord de sortie du robinet de fermeture principal. Elle spécifie les exigences pour la conception, les matériaux et les essais des centrales de détente pour la distribution d'acétylène utilisées pour le soudage, le coupage et les techniques connexes.
ISO 14114:2017 s'applique aux centrales de détente dans lesquelles des bouteilles d'acétylène individuelles ou des cadres de bouteilles d'acétylène sont raccordés pour permettre un soutirage collectif.
NOTE       Il existe des réglementations nationales concernant la limitation de la quantité de bouteilles individuelles ou de cadres de bouteilles d'acétylène dans un endroit unique (par exemple: en entrepôt ou connecté à une centrale de détente).
ISO 14114:2017 donne également une procédure d'essai des bloqueurs de décomposition.

Ta dokument se uporablja za baterije jeklenk z acetilenom, ki segajo od ventila jeklenke ali izhodnih priključkov v snopih do izhodne povezave glavnega zapornega ventila. Določa zahteve za projektiranje, materiale ter preskušanje baterij jeklenk z acetilenom za dovajanje acetilena pri varjenju, rezanju in varjenju sorodnih tehnikah.
Ta dokument se uporablja za baterije jeklenk z acetilenom, v katerih so posamezne jeklenke ali snopi z acetilenom spojeni za skupno odvzemanje plina.
OPOMBA: Za omejitev količine posameznih jeklenk/snopov z acetilenom na enem mestu (npr. v skladišču ali povezanih v baterije) veljajo nacionalni predpisi.
Ta dokument obravnava tudi preskusni postopek za zaviralce razgradnje.

This document (EN ISO 14114:2018) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 44 "Welding
and allied processes" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 121 “Welding and allied
processes” the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by July 2018, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by July 2018.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
