Foreword
ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of
national Standards bodies (ISO member bedies). The work of preparing International
Standards is normally carried out through ISO technical committees. Esch member
body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been established has
the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, govern-
mental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work.
Draft International Standards adopted by the technical committees are circulated to
the member bodies for approval before their acceptance as International Standards by
the ISO Council. They are approved in accordance with ISO procedures requiring at
least 75 % approval by the member bodies voting.

Avant-propos

SIST ISO 215 : 1996

NACIONALNI UVOD

Standard SIST ISO 215 (sl), Dokumentacija – Oblikovanje prispevkov v periodičnih in drugih serijskih
215 (en), Documentation – Presentation of contributions to periodicals and other serials, prva izdaja,
1986-11-15.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
standardizacijo ISO/TC 46 Informatika in dokumentacija. Slovenski standard SIST ISO 215:1996 je
prevod mednarodnega standarda ISO 215:1986. Slovenski standard SIST ISO 215:1996 je pripravil
tehnični odbor SIST/TC IDO Informatika in dokumentacija (sedaj SIST/TC IDT Informatika,
dokumentacija in splošna terminologija).
standardov:
– ISO 2014, Dokumentacija – Pisanje koledarskih datumov v popolnoma numerični obliki, in

podatkov – Izmenjava informacij – Predstavitev datumov in časa
– ISO 31-0, Veličine in enote – 0. del: Splošna načela, ki ga sedaj nadomešča mednarodni
standard ISO 80000-1, Veličine in enote – 1. del: Splošno
– ISO 1000, Enote SI s priporočili za uporabo njihovih večkratnikov in nekaterih drugih enot,
ki ga sedaj nadomešča mednarodni standard ISO 80000-1, Veličine in enote – 1. del: Splošno
– ISO 5966, Dokumentacija – Predstavitev znanstvenih in tehničnih poročil
standardi (v točkah 5.4.2, 5.4.3, 5.4.4 in 6).
Odločitev za izdajo tega standarda je dne 25. januarja 1996 sprejel SIST/TC IDO Informatika in
dokumentacija.
OSNOVA ZA IZDAJO STANDARDA

– Privzem standarda ISO 215:1986
OPOMBE
– Povsod, kjer se v besedilu standarda uporablja izraz “mednarodni standard”, v SIST ISO 215:1996 to
pomeni “slovenski standard”.
– Nacionalni uvod, nacionalni predgovor, vsebinsko kazalo in slovar niso sestavni del standarda.
Definicije pojmov so povzete po mednarodnih standardih ISO 1087, Terminologija – Slovar, in
ISO 5127, Informatika in dokumentacija – Slovar.

SIST ISO 215 : 1996
3 Definicije
3.11 publikacija: dokument, ponavadi objavljen v več primerkih in namenjen splošni distribuciji
spremno besedilo
4.1 Naslov, skupni naslov in podnaslov
5

---------------------- Page: 5 ----------------------

SIST ISO 215 : 1996
4.1.4 Naslov naj bo ubeseden v celotnem zvezku oz.
4.3.1 Vse prispevke mora spremljati izvleček, napisan v jeziku članka in dopolnjen še z izvlečkom v
Naveden naj bo datum
sprejema, tj. potrditve končne (revidirane) inačice prispevka.
5 Glavno besedilo prispevka
5.1 Struktura
Prispevki, vključno s preglednimi članki, naj bodo napisani po logičnem in jasnem načrtu. Navedeni naj
bodo razlog za delo in njegove povezave s podobnim predhodnim delom oziroma deli. Metode in tehnični

5.3 Številčenje oddelkov in pododdelkov
Če so oddelki in pododdelki prispevka oštevilčeni, mora to biti v skladu z ISO 2145.
5.4 Notacija in nomenklatura
5.4.1 Avtor/-ji naj uporablja/-jo standardno notacijo, kot jo za vsako disciplino predpisujejo ISO,
znanstvena združenja in druge pooblaščene mednarodne organizacije.
5.4.2 Meritve naj bodo izražene v enotah SI (glej ISO 31 in ISO 1000).
Druge enote so dovoljene, če njihovo uporabo dopušča Generalna konferenca za uteži in mere
njihovimi ekvivalenti.
5.4.3 Imena, simboli in posebna nomenklatura naj bodo v skladu z ISO 31 in z ustreznimi
mednarodnimi znanstvenimi priporočili.
5.4.4 Numerično izraženi datumi in čas naj bodo v skladu z ISO 2014 in ISO 3307.
