Specimen dimensions and procedure for shear testing resistance spot, seam and embossed projection welds (ISO 14273:2016)

This International Standard specifies specimen dimensions and a testing procedure for tensile shear testing of spot and embossed projection welds, in overlapping sheets, in any metallic material of thickness 0,5 mm to 10 mm, where the welds have a maximum diameter of 7√t (where t is the sheet thickness in mm).
The object of tensile shear testing is to determine the tensile shear force that the test specimen can
sustain.

Probenmaße und Verfahren für die Scherzugprüfung an Widerstandspunkt-, Rollennaht- und Buckelschweißungen mit geprägten Buckeln (ISO 14273:2016)

Diese Internationale Norm legt die Probenmaße und das Verfahren für die Scherzugprüfung an Punkt-, Rollennaht- und Buckelschweißverbindungen mit geprägten Buckeln an überlappten Blechen aus beliebigen metallischen Werkstoffen der Blechdicke von 0,5 mm bis 10 mm fest, wobei die Schweißverbindungen einen maximalen Durchmesser von t7aufweisen (dabei ist t die Blechdicke in mm). Bei Schweißverbindungen mit einem Durchmesser von 5t bis 7t kann der Wert der Scherzugfestigkeit zu klein bewertet sein, wenn die empfohlenen Probenmaße verwendet werden.
Das Ziel der Scherzugprüfung ist es, die maximale Scherzugkraft zu bestimmen, die die Probe ertragen kann.

ISO 14273:2016 spécifie les dimensions des éprouvettes, ainsi qu'un mode opératoire s'appliquant aux essais de cisaillement des soudures par résistance par points et par bossages, réalisées sur des tôles soudées par recouvrement, dans tout matériau métallique d'une épaisseur de 0,5 mm à 10 mm, où les soudures ont un diamètre maximal de 7√t (où t est l'épaisseur de la tôle, en millimètres).
L'essai de traction-cisaillement vise à déterminer la charge maximale de traction-cisaillement qu'une éprouvette peut supporter.

Ta mednarodni standard določa mere vzorcev in postopek za natezno strižno preskušanje točkovnih in bradavičnih zvarov, v prekrivajočih se slojih, v katerem koli kovinskem materialu debeline 0,5 do 10 mm, pri čemer je največji premer zvarov 7√t (t je debelina sloja v mm).
Cilj natezno strižnega preskušanja je določiti natezno strižno silo, ki jo lahko preskusni vzorec
prenese.
