This European Standard specifies the requirements for the preparation and reproduction of design parts lists for railway applications.
This European Standard specifies the design parts list and describes the basic principles, their structure and the minimum requirements of a design parts list.
The European Standard applies throughout the total life span of the parts list. This standard applies to all the railway organisations and partners concerned with the design parts list, and to suppliers preparing parts list on behalf of network users.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen für die Anfertigung, Verwaltung und Reproduktion von Konstruktionsstücklisten für Bahnanwendungen fest.
Diese Europäische Norm spezifiziert die Konstruktionsstückliste und beschreibt die grundlegenden Prinzipien der Konstruktionsstückliste, deren Struktur und bestimmt die an eine Konstruktionsstückliste gestellten Mindestanforderungen.
Die Norm gilt für die gesamte Nutzungsdauer der Stückliste. Sie gilt für alle Eisenbahnorganisationen und deren Partner, die mit Konstruktionsstücklisten befasst sind, und für Zulieferer, die Stücklisten im Auftrag von Bahnorganisationen erstellen.

La présente Norme européenne prescrit les exigences pour l'exécution et la reproduction des listes de pieces de dessin dans le domaine des applications ferroviaires.
La présente Norme européenne spécifie la liste de pieces de dessin, et décrit les principes essentiels, leur structure et les exigences minimales que doit respecter une liste de pieces de dessin.
La présente Norme européenne s'applique pendant toute la durée de validité de la liste de pieces. Elle s'applique a toutes les organisations ferroviaires et a tous les partenaires concernés par les listes de pieces de dessin, ainsi qu'aux fournisseurs qui préparent des listes pour le compte d'organisations ferroviaires.
