Agricultural machinery - Solid fertilizer broadcasters and full width distributors - Environmental protection - Part 1: Requirements
This European Standard specifies requirements for the environmental protection for design and construction of
mounted, trailed and self-propelled full width solid fertilizer distributors and solid fertilizer broadcasters used in
agriculture and horticulture. It also gives the requirements for the minimum content of the instruction handbook.
The standard does not apply to machines which are:
a) combined grain and fertilizer drills; or
b) equipment for distributing granulated pesticides; or
c) solid fertilizer line-distributors (which are dealt with in EN 13740-1:2003 and in EN 13740-2:2003).
Personal safety aspects have not been considered in this standard; they are dealt with in EN 14017+A1:2008.
If the term ‘machine’ is used it covers both full width distributors and broadcasters, except in the definitions.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen für den Umweltschutz bei der Auslegung und der Konstruktion von angebauten, gezogenen und selbst fahrenden Ausleger- und Wurf-Mineraldüngerstreuern fest, die in der Landwirtschaft und im Gartenbau eingesetzt werden. Sie enthält auch die Anforderungen an den Mindestinhalt der Betriebsanleitung. Diese Norm gilt nicht für folgende Maschinen: a) kombinierte Getreide- und Düngerdrillmaschinen; oder b) Geräte zur Ausbringung gekörnter Pflanzenschutzmittel; oder c) Reihendüngerstreuer (die in EN 13740-1:2003 und in EN 13740-2:2003 behandelt werden). Gesichtspunkte in Bezug auf die Sicherheit von Personen wurden in dieser Norm nicht behandelt; sie sind in EN 14017:2005+A2:2009 behandelt. Wenn der Begriff "Maschine" verwendet wird, deckt er sowohl Ausleger- als auch Wurf-Mineraldüngerstreuer ab, ausgenommen in den Definitionen.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les prescriptions relatives à la conception et à la construction des
distributeurs d'engrais solides en nappe et centrifuges portés, traînés et automoteurs utilisés en agriculture et
en horticulture, dans un objectif de protection de l'environnement. Elle contient également les prescriptions
concernant le contenu minimal de la notice d'instructions.
Cette norme ne s'applique :
a) ni aux semoirs combinés pour grains et engrais ;
b) ni aux matériels de distribution de pesticides en granulés ;
c) ni aux distributeurs d’engrais solides en lignes (qui sont traités dans les EN 13740-1:2003 et
EN 13740-2:2003).
Les aspects liés à la sécurité de l'opérateur n'ont pas été pris en compte dans la présente norme ; ils sont
traités dans l’EN 14017+A1:2008.
Chaque fois que le terme "machine" est utilisé, il concerne à la fois les distributeurs en nappe et les
distributeurs centrifuges, sauf dans les termes et les définitions.

Ta evropski standard opredeljuje zahteve za varstvo okolja za načrtovanje in gradnjo nošenih, vlečenih in samognanih odlagalnih in metalnih trosilnikov mineralnih gnojil, ki se uporabljajo v kmetijstvu in vrtnarstvu. Prav tako podaja zahteve glede minimalne vsebine priročnika z navodili.
Ta standard ne velja za stroje, ki so:
a) kombinirane sejalnice za zrnje in gnojila ali
b) oprema za raztros granuliranih pesticidov ali
c) vrstni trosilniki mineralnih gnojil (ki jih obravnavata EN 13740-1:2003 in EN 13740-2:2003).
Vidiki osebne varnosti v tem standardu niso obravnavani; obravnava jih EN 14017+A1:2008.
Če je uporabljen izraz »stroj«, zajema odlagalne in metalne trosilnike, razen v definicijah.

EN 13739-1:2011 (E) 3 Foreword This document (EN 13739-1:2011) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 144 “Tractors and machinery for agriculture and forestry”, the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2012, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by April 2012. Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights. EN 13739-1:2011 (E) 4 Introduction The objective of this European Standard is to specify requirements for fertilizer distributors used according to the instruction handbook, so that: a) unintentional spreading of fertilizers is avoided; b) an even distribution of fertilizer with the desired application rate is achieved. This European Standard does not include any direct requirements for the longitudinal distribution. The requirements for evenness of flow rate will partly cover that subject. SIST EN 13739-1:2011
