La présente Norme Européenne a été adoptée par le CENELEC le 2009-07-01. Les membres du CENELEC
sont tenus de se soumettre au Règlement Intérieur du CEN/CENELEC qui définit les conditions dans lesquelles
doit être attribué, sans modification, le statut de norme nationale à la Norme Européenne.

Les listes mises à jour et les références bibliographiques relatives à ces normes nationales peuvent être
obtenues auprès du Secrétariat Central ou auprès des membres du CENELEC.

La présente Norme Européenne existe en trois versions officielles (allemand, anglais, français). Une version
dans une autre langue faite par traduction sous la responsabilité d'un membre du CENELEC dans sa langue
nationale, et notifiée au Secrétariat Central, a le même statut que les versions officielles.

Les membres du CENELEC sont les comités électrotechniques nationaux des pays suivants: Allemagne,

Le texte du document 8/1262/FDIS, future édition 2 de la CEI 60196, préparé par le CE 8 de la CEI,
Aspects système de la fourniture d’énergie électrique, a été soumis au vote parallèle CEI-CENELEC et a
été approuvé par le CENELEC comme EN 60196 le 2009-07-01.
Les dates suivantes ont été fixées:
– date limite à laquelle la EN doit être mise en application
au niveau national par publication d'une norme
nationale identique ou par entérinement (dop) 2010-04-01
– date limite à laquelle les normes nationales
conflictuelles doivent être annulées (dow) 2012-07-01

AVANT PROPOS
1) La Commission Electrotechnique Internationale (CEI) est une organisation mondiale de normalisation
composée de l'ensemble des comités électrotechniques nationaux (Comités nationaux de la CEI). La CEI a
pour objet de favoriser la coopération internationale pour toutes les questions de normalisation dans les
domaines de l'électricité et de l'électronique. A cet effet, la CEI – entre autres activités – publie des Normes
internationales, des Spécifications techniques, des Rapports techniques, des Spécifications accessibles au
public (PAS) et des Guides (ci-après dénommés "Publication(s) de la CEI"). Leur préparation est confiée aux
comités d’études; il est permis à tout Comité national intéressé par le sujet traité de participer à ces travaux
préparatoires. Les organisations internationales, gouvernementales et non gouvernementales qui assurent la
liaison avec la CEI participent également à cette préparation. La CEI collabore étroitement avec l'Organisation
Internationale de Normalisation (ISO), selon des conditions fixées par accord entre les deux organisations.

NACIONALNI UVOD
Standard SIST EN 60196 (sl), Standardne frekvence IEC (IEC 60196:2009), 2009, ima status
slovenskega standarda in je enakovreden evropskemu standardu EN 60196, IEC standard
frequencies, 2009-07.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN 60196:2009 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za standardizacijo v
elektrotehniki CLC/TC 8X Sistemski vidiki napajanja z električno energijo.
Slovenski standard SIST EN 60196:2009 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 60196:2009. V primeru
spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni mednarodni standard v
angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC NTF Oskrba z
električno energijo.
Odločitev za izdajo tega standarda je dne 15. oktobra 2009 sprejel SIST/TC NTF.

Ta evropski standard je CENELEC sprejel 1. julija 2009. Člani CENELEC morajo izpolnjevati notranje
predpise CEN/CENELEC, ki določajo pogoje, pod katerimi dobi ta standard status nacionalnega
standarda brez kakršnihkoli sprememb.

Seznami najnovejših izdaj teh nacionalnih standardov in njihovi bibliografski podatki so na voljo pri
Centralnem sekretariatu ali članih CENELEC.

Ta evropski standard obstaja v treh uradnih izdajah (angleški, francoski in nemški). Izdaje v drugih
jezikih, ki jih člani CENELEC na lastno odgovornost prevedejo in izdajo ter prijavijo pri Centralnem
sekretariatu, veljajo kot uradne izdaje.

Predgovor

Besedilo dokumenta 8/1262/FDIS, prihodnje 2. izdaje IEC 60196:1999, ki ga je pripravil tehnični odbor
IEC/TC 8 Sistemski vidiki napajanja z električno energijo, je CENELEC po vzporednem glasovanju v
IEC in CENELEC sprejel 1. julija 2009 kot EN 60196.

Določena sta bila naslednja datuma:
– zadnji datum, do katerega mora evropski standard dobiti status
nacionalnega standarda bodisi z objavo istovetnega besedila
ali z razglasitvijo (dop) 2010-04-01
– zadnji datum, ko je treba razveljaviti nacionalne standarde,
ki so z evropskim standardom v nasprotju (dow) 2012-07-01
