Hydrometry - Specification for a reference raingauge pit

This Standard specifies the design of a reference raingauge pit. The specified details of the pit and the grating, are purposely kept to a minimum in order to allow each raingauge operator latitude in their construction and to suit local conditions.

La présente Norme européenne décrit les principes d'une fosse de référence pour l'installation d'un pluviometre. La fosse et son caillebotis sont volontairement peu détaillés pour laisser toute la latitude possible aux exploitants de réseaux pluviométriques dans leurs installations et s'adapter au mieux aux conditions locales.
