Protective equipment for martial arts - Part 3: Additional requirements and test methods for trunk protectors

This European Standard specifies additional requirements and test methods for trunk protectors used in unarmed martial arts such as taekwondo, karate, kick-boxing and similar disciplines. It also applies to breast protectors for men. For general requirements and test methods for protective equipment for martial arts, see EN 13277-1.

Diese Europäische Norm legt zusätzliche Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für den Oberkörperschutz fest, der bei unbewaffneten Kampfsportarten, wie Taekwondo, Karate, Kick-Boxen und ähnlichen Disziplinen, benutzt wird.
Allgemeine Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für Schutzausrüstung für den Kampfsport siehe EN 13277 1.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie des exigences et méthodes d'essai complémentaires relatives aux protège-torses, utilisés dans le cadre de la pratique des arts martiaux sans utilisation d'armes, tels que le taekwondo, le karaté, le kick-boxing et autres disciplines semblables.
Elle s'applique également aux protège-torses pour hommes.
