Power transformer and reactor fittings -- Part 8: Butterfly valves for insulating liquid circuits
This standard covers the butterfly valves used on the pipelines, in which the insulating liquid of power transformers or reactors flows, in order to allow the replacement of components, without removing the whole or a large amount of the insulating liquid from the conservator and the tank. This standard defines the general overall dimensions and some functional and manufacturing characteristics to guarantee interchangeability.

Diese Norm behandelt die Drosselklappen für die Rohrleitungen flüssigkeitsgefüllter Leistungstransformatoren oder Reaktoren und dient zum Ersetzen von Komponenten, ohne dabei die gesamte Isolierflüssigkeit bzw. Teile davon aus dem Ausdehnungsgefäß und dem Kessel entfernen zu müssen. Diese Norm legt die Gesamtabmessungen und einige funktionale und herstellungsbedingte Eigenschaften fest, um die Austauschbarkeit zu gewährleisten.

Cette norme traite des vannes à papillon utilisées sur les tubulures, dans lesquelles circule l’isolant liquide des transformateurs de puissance ou des bobines d’inductance, afin de permettre le remplacement des composants, sans enlever la totalité ou une grande quantité d’isolant liquide du conservateur et de la cuve. Cette norme définit les dimensions générales hors tout et certaines caractéristiques fonctionnelles et de fabrication pour garantir l’interchangeabilité.
